No deposits, no surprises. Here’s exactly how a booking works — and when (and how much) you’re charged.

Build a quote
Pick your property type, bathroom count, and add-ons. The total is calculated live at $50/hr — what you see is what you pay, with HST added at checkout.
Book weekly and save 10%, or monthly and save 5% — the discount applies automatically. Quotes save for 30 days so you can come back and book later.

Save your card
Your card is saved securely when you book. Nothing is charged up front — the saved card is only used once the cleaner finishes the job.
We store only a payment-method reference, never your card number. Update or remove your card any time from your profile.

A cleaner is matched
We automatically text vetted cleaners who serve your area until one accepts. The moment a cleaner confirms, you get an email with their name and rating.
No waiting on a person to assign you. If the closest cleaners are busy, we widen the search to nearby cities — you never see a dead end.

Pay for time worked — then rate it
The cleaner checks in, cleans, and marks the job complete. Your card is charged automatically for the actual time worked — finish early and you pay less than the estimate.
A receipt email lands immediately with hours worked and the total. It has a one-tap 'Rate your clean' link — 1–5 stars, takes about five seconds.

Plan ahead
Pick any date at least 72 hours out so the assigned cleaner has time to plan. Reschedules need 72+ hours too — same rule both ways.
Cancellation
Free if cancelled more than 24 h before the start. Within 24 h: $56.50 (one-hour fee + HST). After the cleaner has started: 50% of the booking estimate, allowed only in the first half of the scheduled time. See pricing for the full breakdown.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, you have 7 days post-completion to file a dispute — from the receipt email, your booking page, or the rating form. Admin reviews and decides on a refund (full or partial).
Frequency & recurring discount
Book one-time, weekly, or monthly. Recurring saves you money automatically — 10% off every weekly clean, 5% off monthly. The $50/hr rate never changes; the discount comes off your subtotal before HST.
